Megan didn’t really know about the benefits of strength training, I really think gaining strength was the game changer for her.


I don’t think she had many obstacles, she made a decision and it was game on for her. She has been with me for about 2 years.

Jessica’s Note: The girl is ripped. She is one of the strongest people in class. She now runs ½ marathons easily along with Spartan races. She has good self discipline and enjoys challenging herself. She is a terrific inspiration to all those around her including her kids. Who by the way no longer eat fast food of any kind. I would say the whole family has gotten healthier as a result of Megan’s commitment.


I first heard about Jessika Ramie’s group from my mother in law and to be honest, I was a bit hesitant to join. I have never been a member of a gym and my fitness plan had always consisted of a solitary run. I was nervous to join a group not knowing what to expect and feeling self conscious about those lingering pregnancy pounds.

Two years later, and I look back at my choice to join this group as one of the best decisions of my life. Jessika has taught me to approach fitness as a lifestyle choice as opposed to a fad diet or temporary workout regimen. Through her motivation and guidance, I have surprised myself time and time again by completing obstacles I never thought possible. Whether it was completing a half marathon or just a really intense workout, those triumphs have transformed me into an energetic, gratified wife, mother and friend. In total, I have lost 10 pounds but my greatest accomplishments are what I have gained; self worth, positivity and strength.
