Justine had a higher number on the scale than she thought she should have so she viewed herself as fat. However after doing her initial body fat composition test we found that her body fat was actually pretty low. We made some dietary adjustments and the fat started to come off, the muscles underneath were exposed and her self image improved drastically. I hate the scale.

3 inches in hips
1.5 inches in chest
2 inches in waist
2 inches in thigh

Jessica’s Note: Most importantly Justine has gained considerable strength and cardiovascular endurance AND the girl knows she looks good.

I am 33 years old and I am in the best shape of my life. I have always been active and athletic. I played sports my whole life and as an adult continued to work out and be a member of several gyms.  When I was asked if I’d like to join boot camp, I immediately was interested and felt it was just the motivation I needed. I had no idea joining this class would bring so much more to the table than just a physical workout! You don’t just leave class having “worked out”.  Jessika is the whole package! Not only is she a kick ass trainer but she also encourages you to exceed your limits…not only physical but also mental and emotional.  She gets you to dig deep within yourself and truly give it your all, with no holding back. The psychological piece is the main component in the process.

I am physically, mentally, and emotionally a stronger person. I have seen the best results on my body since I working with Jessika, better than any other workout program that I have done in the past. She helps you to believe in yourself and accomplish things in life you never thought you could. I am forever thankful and grateful for all that she has done for me.
