I have been working with Jessika for over a year. I had been struggling with depression and anxiety and had gained quite a bit of weight in a short period of time. When I looked in the mirror, I no longer recognized the person looking back at me. I was disgusted and knew I had to make changes but I was unsuccessful in getting started and staying consistent. Today, I feel great emotionally, I feel strong and confident and empowered to continue to live a healthy lifestyle. I now have the tools needed for those times when I get sidetracked from my plan. I know to “throw it all in the rear-view mirror” and to move ahead by taking small steps and getting back to my positive daily habits.
