Q: What made you finally commit?

A: I battle depression and anxiety. I was looking for a way to help offset those conditions. I also needed to take better care of myself physically.

Q: How long have you been a member of FYTE club?

A: Since January, 2017. It has changed my life!

Q: Did you have an A-HA moment? If so what was it?

A: When the number of push-ups I could do increased. I realized just how much strength I was gaining. It was not only a physical A-HA moment, but a mental one as well. I never thought I would be able to do that many push-ups!

Q: What has been the biggest benefit to your life/health thus far?

A: During a busy time in my life I stopped attending classes. I noticed a definite increase in my anxiety levels. I went back to class and saw a decrease again.

Q: What advice can you offer to those struggling?

A: My advice would be to make Jess’s classes a routine. It takes the thinking out of it. I was afraid to try her class in the beginning because I was so out of shape. Don’t be afraid to try. The classes are comprised of supportive people. Everyone works on their own level. There are modifications for everything and Jess is always there to help.

Q: Any final words of wisdom?

A: The level of support that Jess provides is unprecedented. She advances her own learning and passes it on to her students. She is not a typical trainer who you only see or hear from at classes. She is constantly connected. Her daily texts and posts offer motivational and informative value. She is emotionally connect to her students, checking in when she knows thing are going well and when she know when they are not. She is readily available to answer all questions, to lend support and guidance. During times of stress my pattern has always been to give up on exercise. I still do that from time to time, but with Jess’s help the length of those time is getting shorter. She is in contact with me during difficult times, offering encouraging words and if I fall off, I always return to her program.
