Here is a  workout to help keep your head in the game and remove your excuses. We want to find solutions, not excuses. There is no reason to miss a workout. With enough education and information you should be able to create a workout anywhere, with anything. Remember exercise is therapy, it helps with stress relief and confidence, so why would you want to miss a workout?

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

The idea here is to keep track of your rounds and try to exceed your completed rounds each week.

Repeat each exercise 10 times.

AMRAP#1- 20 minutes

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. Push ups
  3. Bicep curls
  4. Side raises

AMPRAP#2-20 minutes

  1. Jump squats
  2. Split lunges
  3. Calf raises
  4. Goblet squats
