Decline crunches with weighted ball 5 sets of 10

Ab crunch machine 4 sets of 15

Oblique twist Machine 4 sets of 15 each side

Giant set- 4x

10 decline candlesticks

10 v sits

15 ropes pull downs

Superset- 4x

5 leg raises (roman chair)

5 windshield wipers (roman chair)

10 sets of 10 abdominal wheel roll outs

1 minute plank on bosu ball
